FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Transit time will be between 3-4 business days. All products are shipped from 9515 Cresta Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90035.

IN STORE PICK-UP

All orders will be shipped to you free of charge but if you decide you need your Sukkah right away you can come pick up your Sukkah at 8853 Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90035. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up immediately after Rosh Hashana. If your order is placed after Rosh Hashana, it will usually be available 1 hour later.

How Do I Check the Status Of My Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status via our tracking page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thesukkahplace.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
