As soon as your order is received in our office, the warehouse team will promptly start packaging your sukkah, schach, and bamboo poles. From there, it will be handed over to UPS via their daily pick-up. Delivery time can vary depending on your location, and may take anywhere from one to five days.

Typically, your Schach bamboo mats are enclosed in a sturdy storage bag and carefully
wrapped in stretch wrap for secure delivery. We bundle several bamboo mats together in the stretch wrap, so don't be concerned about missing Schach until you've opened the packaging.
