We stand behind the quality and durability of our Sukkahs and are proud to offer a 5 Year Limited Warranty on our products.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers structural components of the Sukkah—including poles, connectors, and fabric walls—against damage or defects that render them unusable due to normal weather conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
If any of these parts become damaged or unusable due to standard environmental exposure, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
To maintain transparency, the following components and conditions are not covered under this warranty:
- Rust: Surface or internal rust within poles or connectors does not qualify for replacement.
- Schach (Roof Covering) and Bamboo Poles: These are natural materials and are not included under the 5-year warranty.
- Mold, Deterioration, or Shedding of Schach after the first year of use will not be considered for return or replacement. These are natural occurrences due to the organic nature of the materials.
- Cracked Bamboo: Bamboo often contains natural splits and cracks, which do not affect functionality and do not constitute defects.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@thesukkahplace.com. You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligible items will be replaced promptly.
